Wedding Terms & COnditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payments : Final Balance is due prior or on the day of the wedding This can be paid via credit card, check, or cash. All payments must be collected beforehand and paid to Artisan Beauty / Eden Selle in full.  No refund will be given for members of the wedding party who cancel/miss their appointment on the day of the wedding.

  • Deposit : A non-refundable $125 deposit must be paid to hold the date for the wedding. This deposit shall be credited towards the overall amount due for services provided on the wedding date listed above.

  • Minimum Service Fee : We require a minimum of $450 in services for all onsite weddings.

  • Additional Stylist Fee : For Wedding Parties of 5 or more, we require an additional stylist. If an additional stylist is required for your wedding, there is an additional $80 fee.

  • Travel Fee : There is a travel fee of $15 for venues within 10 miles. Venues outside of the 10 mile radius is $2 per mile. Mileage will be calculated from the corresponding Artisan Beauty Salon (Beauty Bar or Blow Dry Bar) to the location and will be tracked on Google Maps and attached to this contract. Any other required forms of travel will be paid for by the client. 

  • Gratuity : A 20% Gratuity will be added to the invoice based on the service total.

  • Final Service Count : Client must provide a final head count for services sixty (60) days before the event. Any additional services requested after this time will be added to your  invoice. 

  • Allergies/Sensitivities : All clients shall disclose any allergies or sensitivities they have to cosmetic products prior to the service being started. Artisan’s Makeup Artists and/or Stylists are not responsible for any adverse reactions a client may have from products used on the day of the wedding.. If need be, a patch test of the product may be performed on the skin to test for a reaction prior to application. Client(s) agree to release Artisan Beauty Hair and/or Makeup Artists from liability for any complications due to allergic reactions. 

  • Social Media : Our Artists may ask to record pictures of their work via Photos or Videos to post to their Social Media and/or Portfolio. Requests for images from the Artists can be approved or denied at your discretion.

  • Service Location and Requirements : There are certain requirements that the makeup artist and/or hair stylist needs for accommodation. A “set up” work area needs to be made available for both the makeup artist and/or hair stylist at said Get Ready Location. Please have counters cleared prior to arrival in designated areas. Makeup Artists require ample lighting, preferably natural light, and a taller chair (if possible.) Hair Stylists will need a low back chair and access to electrical outlets. Hair stylists will bring an extension cord. 

  • Cancellation: Termination of this agreement must be given 3 months in advance in written consent via email to artisanbeautybar@gmail.com. In the event the client does not give notice to Artisan Beauty in a timely manner as specified herein, then the client shall be responsible for full payment to Artisan Owner Eden Selle as set forth in this contract.

  • Reschedule : In the event that the wedding is rescheduled to another date, we will check our availability for the new date and update this contract accordingly. In the event that we cannot accommodate your new date, you forfeit the deposit. 

  • Pandemic : In the event that the services cannot be performed due to any pandemic, including the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will hold your deposit and do our best to accommodate a new date. If a new date cannot be accommodated, you forfeit the deposit.
